Our Customer Service phone line is open Monday through Friday, from 09a.m - 12a.m, 1p.m - 5p.m EST (closed on weekends and national holidays).

 



International duties and taxes

Your order may not include taxes and duties.

This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office.

Please consult your local customs agency for more information.

If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.




Checkout

You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before you checkout.

Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your CCRT account.

On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used.

Please note that the price and currency charged is determined by the shipping address entered at checkout.




Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

You can review the details of your order from your CCRT account, under Order History.




Order status

You can verify the status of your order at any time from your CCRT account, under Order History.

Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed.

A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.




Order changes and cancellations

You can request an order cancellation from your CCRT account, under Order History.

From there you can choose from the 'Modify' menu to submit a request for your pending orders.

Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.

Tracking Information

Tracking status will not be updated on the our web page. 

You can view the status of your order and track it in EMS or UPS page.


If your tracking number ends with ‘KR’ your product is with EMS. 

(EMS typical tracking number is EE123456789X)

Please check it from the link : https://trace.epost.go.kr//xtts/tt/epost/ems/ems_eng.jsp


If your tracking number starts with ‘1Z’ your product is with UPS.

(UPS typical tracking number is 1Z9999999999999999)
